What are the fees for medical billing services?
End-to-end service fees are included as a percentage of collections. There are no upfront fees, fees for training, and no binding contracts. Partial services such as eligibility and benefits verifications or AR cleanup projects are quoted separately.

Do we have to change our PM or EHR software?
No. Our services align with your existing platform. In many cases, we greatly improve the availability of reports and business analytics.

Is pricing negotiable?
We offer competitive pricing for the services we provide. We make every effort to be transparent in our business. Our agreements do not have upfront fees and can be cancelled anytime. Please take the time to review the quality of our services in your evaluation.

Are there any setup, upfront, or cancellation fees?
No. There are no upfront or setup fees at this time. You can cancel anytime without penalty.

How long does it take to start using HealthCell services?
This depends on the level of services needed. We recommend 4-6 weeks advance planning for “end-to-end” medical billing services. We also have rapid deployment options available.

Do we have regular scheduled reviews?
Yes. Your dedicated Account Manager and Revenue Consultant will meet with you monthly to review key metrics, performance objectives, and service level needs. In addition, we provide 24/7 access to HealthCell’s web-based dashboard for all your reporting needs.

Can you work with our practice management or EHR system?
Yes. We have experience with over 40 different leading software platforms in the industry today. We simply login to provide the services necessary or establish a remote connection via VPN connection. Clients often see a higher return on their technology investments as HealthCell will ensure critical features are utilized to maximize reimbursement. Options are discussed during service level needs evaluation.
