Neha is a certified professional coder. She has done Certification in physician and hospital coding form AAPC(American Academy of Professional Coders). Neha is responsible for setting coding standards, ensuring compliance and chart audit. Neha is an undergraduate with Microbiology major.
   
  Vivek Mhatre

Vivek is an Undergraduate with Botany major. He is deeply involved in PCP account management. His primary duties involve credentialing and enrolment activities, on-boarding of new accounts, PCP client communication and  issue resolution with front desk. He is currently pursuing his Executive MBA program.

Reema Hegde  
Reema is an Undergraduate with  Accounting and Commerce major. She leads the billing team for a two-physician Neurology and Pain Management account. She conducts Quality Assurance and is responsible for driving analysis and managing overall revenue cycle.

Dharmesh is an Undergraduate with Accounting and Commerce major. He leads the claims follow-up team. He is responsible for managing our OBGYN accounts. His duties include training new hires, OBGYN client communication, and issue resolution with front desk.

Sukheshini, an Undergraduate with Biochemistry major, has been instrumental in implementing coding guidelines for our OBGYN clients. Sukheshini is also well-versed with OBGYN billing. Sukheshini is responsible for the overall performance of our OBGYN billing team.
